American Dream Realty is a licensed California mortgage brokerage. This policy explains what information we collect through realtyad.org, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We ask for financial information because arranging a mortgage requires it, and we treat that information accordingly.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, phone number, email address, and the details you share about your property, income, employment, assets, and debts when you request a quote or start an application.
- Information collected automatically. Standard web server data such as your IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and referring page. Our calculators run entirely in your browser: the figures you type into them are not transmitted to us or stored on our servers.
- Credit information. With your authorization, we obtain credit reports from consumer reporting agencies in order to price and place your loan.

- To respond to your questions and prepare loan scenarios.
- To shop your application to lenders on your behalf and place your loan.
- To meet legal, licensing, underwriting, and recordkeeping obligations that apply to mortgage brokers.

How we share your information
We share your information with lenders, credit reporting agencies, title and escrow companies, appraisers, and service providers who support the loan process, and with regulators or other parties where the law requires it. We do not sell your personal information.
How we protect it
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information you share with us, and we limit access to the people who need it to do their work. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending sensitive documents through unsecured email. Ask us for a secure upload link instead.
